Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW)
The Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW) was passed on 27 June 2018, and provides that all entities subject to it will be required to prepare a modern slavery statement. It currently provides high-level guidance on what a statement should include, with more detailed guidance to be provided in subsequent regulation.
