The checklist below sets out the items that must be included in the contract document for a credit contract under the NCC: s 17, NCC. The precontractual statement for a credit contract must also include this information: s 16, NCC. Some of the information in the precontractual statement must be in the form of a financial table: s 16(4), NCC and reg 72, Regulations. The checklist below also indicates which information must be included or may be included in the financial table, and the order in which it must appear. |
